We are a co-design, strategy and creative services social impact organisation. We employ and train young people to centre their lived experiences and deliver design projects for our clients.

We pair young people from traditionally underrepresented communities with clients, partners and experts to develop solutions to complex problems.
Through our embedded co-design model, our team can work with you to develop strategies, design services and implement frameworks within organisations and across systems.
We offer full creative services within our bespoke lived experience model. Our creative services include brand strategy and development, creative direction, video production, editorial, copywriting, marketing, campaigns, PR and design.
With knowledge systems as old as time, our First Nations practice emboldens young Mob to be agents for change in creating new self-determined solutions and embed First Nations thinking across our own and clients’ work.
We have built Australia’s most diverse community of highly engaged young people. We develop white papers, reports, thought leadership and content – young people-led, in collaboration with partners, researchers and experts.
We support the development of young people from diverse and often marginalised backgrounds through bespoke training and employment opportunities. We develop learning programs, workshops, summits and events to supercharge outcomes for young people.
We are experts in recruiting, facilitating and supporting young people with diverse and unique lived experiences. We embed this thinking across our practice and can be engaged to seek out communities large and small for co-design, participation and advisory.
We have an engaged community of young people who bring a diverse range of experiences, cultures, identities and perspectives to our work. We are experts in recruiting specific cohorts of young people and engaging them in co-design work.

Our process

HOW WE DO IT

Our framework is built from deep expertise enabling multidisciplinary and intergenerational teams to thrive while co-designing programs, services, infrastructure, and content for young people.

Admiring the problem

We take the time to truly understand the challenge or opportunity and get deep on our assumptions, biases, knowledge and questions.

Building solutions

We then rigorously come up with ideas to address the problem and decide what solutions to build, test and iterate.

Scaling for impact

We then take what we've developed back through our co-design model to amplify its impact in target communities.

Our focus

We work across complex systems that disproportionately affect young people.

First Nations

We have a strong focus on intersectional justice and First Nations self-determination and know that young people facing multiple and compounding experiences of injustice hold many of the insights and answers on how our systems and services can improve.

Health

Young people require a healthcare system that values their agency and acknowledges their expertise about their own lives and bodies. Current services are severely lacking, hard to access and often irrelevant to their needs.

Education

The current education system fails to adequately prepare young people for their futures, leaving them disengaged and lacking agency. Its ‘one size fits all’ approach neglects diverse learners and thinkers, hindering their engagement and success.

Employment

Young people in Australia face double the unemployment rate of the general population. Current employment systems strip them of dignity, security and agency. Young people seek workplaces that prioritise diversity, wellbeing and learning opportunities.
